Rezo Tabukashvili: The Third Eye

The author was born in 1971. He graduated from Tbilisi State University – faculty of Philosophy – and University of Bologna – faculty of World Literature.

Tabukashvili is a prominent author in the short story genre. He is the author of the following prose collections: Autobiography in Profile (1999 Saari); Dhaulagiri. ABC (2005 Saari); Sun, Don’t Come Up (2009 Saari); In the Shadow of Ships (2010 Palitra), Third Eye (2016 Intelekti); and the novel 13 days (2016 Intelekti).

Aside from fiction, Tabukashvili also writes documentary screenplays, e.g. The Queen Ketevan, Kolau Nadiradze and Where is the Caravan Heading. He has also worked as Editor-in-chief for several literary magazines.
